Psalms 55:22 (KJV) Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Hardships come to us in lots of forms during our lives. We experience financial woes, death of our loved ones, and health concerns. We often end up weighed down by fear, anger, despair or sadness. God is our safe haven in times of trouble. He carries our burden with us, and he builds us up in order that we aren’t shaken through our misfortunes. God is dependable and loves us unconditionally. He will never give us more than we can bear.
